This course will help you to be more aligned with the truth of who you really are and more resilient to the ups and downs of life.

Here’s how:

I will meet one to one via Zoom with each group member for (2) 30 minute individual sessions. Our first will be a clarity and goal setting call before the course begins and the second will be a wrap up call to celebrate your accomplishments.

Our group will meet for an hour each week via Zoom (January 12 – February 16). We will focus on intuitive awareness skills with time for practice. I will stay on the Zoom for 15 minutes every week to answer questions and offer support.
