We will start with a simple question, how do you want to feel? Answering that question is not always simple, but it will reveal your desires. You will choose words that embody your desire which will become a map for you to follow. You can leave your planner at home, this is not about figuring out how and when to do it. In this class you will clarify who you are through a series of questions and journaling prompts that invite you to discover how you feel and how you wish to feel. We will leverage the experience and depth of the group to support each other in choosing just the right words for ourselves. And, you will learn how to use your map as a guide to the life you desire.
