Pause offers a welcoming space to slow down, clear your head, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other thoughtful women. It’s not therapy and it’s not a lecture. It’s an intentional group experience designed to offer perspective and a meaningful break from the everyday, so you can return to your life feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed. Each month will differ slightly; you might try something unexpected, step just a little bit outside of your comfort zone and even make some new friends along the way.

We invite you to Pause, a monthly workshop for women who want to skip the small talk and step into real conversations.

What makes Pause different is the intention behind it. Heather and Molly thoughtfully guide the group to ground, settle and become more present. This is your much needed space to pause, listen inward and hear yourself more clearly.
Many people are surprised by how powerful it is to slow down and engage together. Hearing yourself reflected in someone else’s story can be illuminating and it’s a reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone. This is a chance to laugh, unwind and have the deeper conversations that are often missing from everyday life.

Heather Maguire is an intuition coach and experienced facilitator known for creating calm, grounded spaces where meaningful change can unfold. She helps people step out of overthinking and into clarity, self-trust, and a more supportive relationship with their lives. With over a decade of experience guiding individuals and groups, Heather blends intuitive insight with thoughtful facilitation to help participants feel steadier, lighter, and more connected to themselves.
Molly Delehey is an educator and facilitator with over 30 years of experience designing creative, experiential learning environments for individuals and organizations. Her work centers on curiosity, play and helping people access their own insight in ways that feel natural and rejuvenating.
