How to recognize your intuition

One of the most unique readings I’ve ever done was for a client who’d received a liver transplant. She was super curious about the donor and her experience can tell you a lot about how to recognize your intuition.

We both agreed to approach the session with a let’s see what happens attitude, because this was first for both of us!

“I’m getting masculine, Live Free or Die, Harley Davidson vibes. I see what feels like the White Mountains in New Hampshire and I know that he loves it here. His general attitude is low-grade ”Don’t Tread on Me” type of frustration mixed with calm confidence. He can fix or build just about anything, and he doesn’t take crap from anyone.”

The more I talked, the more her jaw dropped.
She’d been doing some research and knew that there had been a fatal motorcycle accident in the White Mountains that lined up with the timing of her surgery.

She’d never been on a motorcycle and she held very different political views, but since the transplant, that’s the exact type of guy she was attracted to. Very attracted! Happily single before the transplant, post-surgery she was consumed with an urgent desire to find herself a Harley man.

The donor communicated to me that he wanted her to be with someone who would protect and care for her. He wanted her to be with a “real” man like himself.

This is how her intuition spoke to her

All of this rang true because her intuition had already told her.
Here’s how:

A gentle sense of knowing had settled in after the surgery. Intuitive knowing arises within you. Sometimes it’s an answer to a question or problem you’ve been dealing with. But sometimes it’s something that “The Universe” wants you to know. In this case, she started to have an intuitive impression of who the donor was and it kept getting stronger.

Your intuition is steady and consistent, which is how these impressions of the donor felt to my client.
Your intuition gives you suggestions, ideas, and nudges to take small, manageable steps. The impulse to hop on Google and check for information about fatal accidents at the time of her transplant “just popped into her head” one day.  She wasn’t all that surprised to find a motorcycle accident that matched the timeline.

Your intuition speaks through your body, that gut sense is real. When she found the information online, she felt her body respond with a sense of recognition. That’s the one, she thought.

Her intuition also prompted her to mention her search for information to a friend. She hadn’t spoken about this with many people, it felt very intimate. It’s no coincidence that her friend had just had a session with me and was able to connect her with someone who could confirm her impressions. Your intuition helps you take advantage of Divine Timing, so these types of coincidences happen without any effort at all.

Although it made no rational sense, her intuition was communicating through her emotions too. Her desire and attraction were shifting, dramatically. She was actively dating men who were “not her type!”

She was baffled by the situation. She would never have believed that she would be interested in these types of men. But, she was very attracted and having a blast.

Your intuition wants you to be happy and aligned with the people, places, and things that will support your happiness. Pay attention to the little things. The nudges, the signs, and the synchronicities are your inner guidance system steering you toward the life you desire.
